Australian dairy conference

Australia’s premier dairy event brings the best in forward-thinking, innovation and opportunity in Australian milk.

The Australian Dairy Conference (ADC) kicks off on the Gold Coast this week putting the spotlight on the Australian dairy industry, the future outlook and opportunities on the horizon.

More than 630 delegates will gather at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) with a challenge to embrace the opportunities that are on offer across the sector.

ADC 2025 Programming Chair Monique Bryant has steered a farmer-led Committee to pinpoint the issues that matter most to Australian dairy farmers with the challenge to seek and embrace opportunity.

“In 2025 it is all about ‘The Opportunity of Milk’ and how we as farmers, and as an industry collectively, can do more to seek and embrace opportunities at our disposal and look beyond our own patch to ensure our industry is best placed moving forward,” said Monique.

“I think we are at a really pivotal point globally especially if you look at international turmoil, politics and global markets – hence it is really important that we remain steadfast in our approach to progressing and taking advantage of our position here in Australia’, said Monique.

“As we explore in our ADC 2025 program we are indeed the lucky country and we need to seize and embrace the fortune and favourable environment we operate in,” she said.

“Our 2025 speaker lineup is outstanding headlined by leading journalist and author Leigh Sales with her perspective and insight for the industry along with Henriette Guldager from Denmark showing us how Danish farmers are leading from the front when it comes to achieving net zero,” said Monique.

“I am also particularly proud of the number of dairy farmers from across the country we have speaking in 2025, putting their hand up and sharing their stories to help us garner knowledge and learn to advance the industry,” she said.

“We have really aimed to be bold, courageous and prove anything is possible if you have an open mindset,” said Monique.

In addition to a super-charged plenary program, ADC boasts a support cast of events that will solidify ADC as the pinnacle dairy event according to Monique.

“There is so much happening at ADC 2025. We have fantastic speakers, the ADC Innovator Award, the signature ADC Gala Dinner, farmers running on the beach, yoga and an absolutely supersized trade show in 2025 that will leave delegates very little spare time!,” said Monique.
